100ml White PP Corto Round Base, 50% PCR

The 100ml White PP Corto Round Base is part of BlueSky’s Corto airless range, offering brands a larger-capacity airless dispensing format with the range’s distinctive rounded base and soft-edged silhouette. The rounded base sets Corto apart from more angular airless bottles, giving it a softer, more tactile shelf presence — well suited to brands positioning around approachability, wellness or a gentler beauty aesthetic.

Manufactured in PP (polypropylene) with 50% post-consumer recycled content, this base supports brands working towards sustainability commitments without compromising on the airless format’s core benefits: protecting formulations from air exposure and contamination, extending shelf life, and enabling near-complete product evacuation. The opaque white finish gives brands a clean, uniform base well suited to bold label graphics or fully branded pack designs where a consistent colour backdrop is important.

The 100ml size is a practical step-up capacity for full-size skincare, haircare and grooming products, and like the rest of the Corto range, the Round Base is compatible with six different Corto actuator styles — giving brand owners flexibility to pair the base with an actuator that matches their dispensing requirements and aesthetic direction.

The format is positioned for skincare, haircare, male grooming and beauty formulations — particularly serums, creams, treatments and other formulations that benefit from airless protection against oxidation and microbial contamination. As with all airless components, actuator and base compatibility should be confirmed with BlueSky based on formulation viscosity and fill requirements.
