Health & Safety Policy

Bluesky (UK) Ltd are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as proactively improving its Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) performance by eliminating hazards and minimising risks, taking advantage of OH&S opportunities, and addressing OH&S management system non-conformances associated with our activities.

Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all related legislation and regulation. Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992.

We will achieve the objectives of our OH&S management system by:

  • Continual improvement of OH&S performance
  • Fulfilment of legal requirements and other requirements
  • Identifying hazards, managing, and controlling risks arising from our work activities
  • Provide information, instruction and supervision for employees and adequately train them so they are competent to do their work safely
  • Provide and maintain safe and suitable plant, machinery, and equipment
  • Ensure safe and suitable transport, storage, and handling of substances
  • Provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions
  • Endeavour to prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health
  • Implement emergency procedures, evacuation in case of fire or other significant incidents
  • Commitment to consult with employees on matters that affect their health, safety, and welfare.

The policy and objectives are reviewed at the Senior Management Review Meeting annually.
