35% PCR Content Trigger Sprayers

Two SKUs in the 28/410 range — black and white — are manufactured from polypropylene containing 35% post-consumer recycled content. Fine Mist and Spray Jet Options

The range includes two spray pattern formats. Standard fine mist trigger sprayers produce a broad, even spray across a surface — suited to personal care, hair care, cleaning and general application. The 28/410 spray jet produces a more directional, focused stream — suited to applications where targeted delivery to a specific area is required, such as spot-cleaning, targeted garden or automotive products, or professional cleaning use.

Multiple Dip Tube Lengths

Trigger sprayers in the range are available with dip tube lengths of 120mm, 135mm, 212mm and 280mm FBOG, covering a range of bottle heights from compact personal care formats through to standard 500ml+ home care bottles. Dip tube cutting is available as a service for bottles requiring a non-standard length.

Colour Options: Black, White and Natural

Available in black, white and natural colours across different neck sizes and formats, allowing brands to align the trigger sprayer colour with bottle and label design. What is a Trigger Sprayer?

A trigger sprayer is a dispensing closure that pumps liquid through a nozzle when the trigger mechanism is squeezed, producing a spray over a defined area with each actuation. The trigger mechanism draws liquid up through a dip tube from the bottle below and forces it through the nozzle at the front of the sprayer head.
