Corto Airless Pump – Actuator B

The Corto Airless Pump, Actuator B, is part of BlueSky’s Corto range of airless dispensing pumps, built around a uniform 49mm neck platform compatible with container sizes from 30ml through to 200ml. This shared platform lets brands build a cohesive product family — using the same base pump across an entire range while varying container size to suit each product.

Actuator B is defined by its sleek, sloped shoulder design and integrated nozzle cover, which protects the pump, supports hygiene and helps prevent accidental leaks or spills without the need for a separate overcap. The sloped shoulder gives the pump a polished, elegant profile that suits premium and high-end pack presentations.

The pump offers precise dosage delivery of 1.00ml or 0.50ml per actuation, giving brands flexibility to match dosage to formulation viscosity and intended use — from lighter lotions to richer creams and emulsions. As with all Corto pumps, airless dispensing technology prevents air from entering the container, helping protect formulation stability, extend shelf life and enable near-complete product evacuation with minimal waste.

Actuator B is also available in 30% and 50% PCR (post-consumer recycled) content options, giving brands a choice of recycled content levels to suit their sustainability targets without compromising on the pump’s design or performance.
