The 100ml Brushed Aluminium Bottle – BPA-NI, 24/410 (AL100NIGL-A) is a compact aluminium bottle for brands that need a premium small-format pack with broad closure flexibility and BPA-free packaging credentials. Its 100ml capacity makes it useful for personal care, cosmetics, hair care, wellness liquids, travel-size products and selected beverage-adjacent applications where portability and presentation matter.

The 24/410 neck gives this bottle strong flexibility across selected BlueSky closures, including atomisers, treatment pumps, lotion pumps, disc tops, mini trigger sprayers, twist tops and screw caps. This allows brands to create spray, pump, dispensing or capped formats using the same aluminium bottle body, supporting consistent range design across multiple product types.

Because the product code includes NIGL, this bottle uses a BPA-NI inner lacquer, also known as a non-intent gold lacquer. BPA-NI means BPA is not intentionally used in the lacquer formulation, supporting brands where BPA-free packaging credentials are commercially important. This may be relevant for personal care, wellness, beverage-adjacent and food-adjacent applications, subject to full compatibility testing.

The brushed aluminium finish gives the pack a clean, premium appearance compared with many standard plastic bottles.
