The 75ml Aluminium Bottle – PCR100, BPA-NI, ROPP28 (BEV75NIGL-100) is a compact aluminium bottle for brands that need a premium miniature or small-serve format with a tamper-evident closure route. Its rounded shoulder profile gives the pack a softer, more classic bottle shape than sharp-shoulder alternatives, making it suitable for beverage samples, spirits, liqueurs, wellness shots, functional drink formats and promotional liquid products.
The 28mm ROPP neck is designed for compatible roll-on pilfer-proof closures, supporting first-open reassurance for retail, event, hospitality and direct-to-consumer applications. The product page lists the 28ROPP Brushed Aluminium Cap – EPE Lined as a compatible accessory, giving brands a coordinated aluminium bottle and closure option for suitable liquid products.
Because the product code includes NIGL, this bottle uses a BPA-NI inner lacquer, also known as a non-intent gold lacquer. BPA-NI means BPA is not intentionally used in the lacquer formulation, supporting brands where BPA-free packaging credentials are commercially important. Full compatibility testing should be completed with the specific formulation, closure and filling process before production, especially for alcohol-based, acidic, carbonated or reactive liquids.
