It means the bottle body is made from 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium. This gives brands a measurable recycled-content claim and supports circular packaging strategies.
Yes. The product code AL750NIGL-100 includes NIGL, which means the bottle uses a BPA-NI inner lacquer, also known as a non-intent gold lacquer. BPA is not intentionally used in the lacquer formulation.
The bottle has a 28/410 neck and is compatible with selected BlueSky closures including screw caps, lotion pumps, and trigger sprayers. The best closure depends on the formulation, viscosity, sealing requirements and intended user experience.
The product is positioned for spirits and beverages, but compatibility testing should be completed with the specific formulation, alcohol content, closure and filling process before production.
Yes. The bottle is made from aluminium, which can be recycled repeatedly without loss of quality. The 100% PCR aluminium body also gives the pack a recycled-content claim.
