The bottle body is made from 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium, giving brands a measurable recycled-content claim alongside aluminium’s end-of-life recyclability. As an EPGL product, this bottle uses an epoxy phenolic inner lacquer, creating a protective barrier between the formulation and the aluminium body. This supports use with many liquid formulations, including lotions, creams, oils, sprays, alcohol-based products and water-based formulations, subject to compatibility testing with the selected closure and filling process.

The 28/410 neck gives brands flexibility across selected BlueSky closures, including screw caps, atomisers, lotion pumps and Future Pumps. This makes the bottle suitable for sealed, sprayed or pumped product formats depending on formulation viscosity, dosage needs and customer experience.
