The 60ml Aluminium Sharp Shoulder Bottle – PCR100, BPA-NI, ROPP28 (AL60SSNIGL28-100R1) is a compact aluminium bottle for brands that need a premium miniature format with a secure tamper-evident closure route. Its 35mm x 110mm profile and sharp shoulder design create a distinctive, retail-ready shape suited to beverage samples, spirits, liqueurs, wellness shots, functional drink formats and promotional liquid products.
The 28mm ROPP neck is designed for compatible roll-on pilfer-proof closures, supporting first-open reassurance for retail, event, hospitality and direct-to-consumer applications. This makes the format useful for drinks brands, contract fillers and promotional campaigns where pack security, portability and shelf impact all matter.
Because the product code includes NIGL, this bottle uses a BPA-NI inner lacquer, also known as a non-intent gold lacquer. BPA-NI means BPA is not intentionally used in the lacquer formulation, supporting brands where BPA-free packaging credentials are commercially important. Full compatibility testing should be completed with the specific formulation, closure and filling process before production, especially for alcohol-based, acidic, carbonated or reactive liquids.
The brushed aluminium finish gives the bottle a premium metallic appearance, while aluminium provides strong protection against light exposure and is recyclable. This product is supplied on an MOQ and lead-time basis through BlueSky’s wider global supply chain.
