It is suitable for small-volume liquid products such as spirits, facial oils, serums, mists, treatment products, cosmetic liquids, travel-size personal care products and promotional samples. All subject to compatibility testing.
Yes. The product code AL50NIGL-A includes NIGL, which means the bottle uses a BPA-NI inner lacquer. BPA is not used in the lacquer formulation.
The bottle has a 24/410 neck and can be paired with selected BlueSky atomisers, treatment pumps, and screw caps. Closure choice should be matched to formulation viscosity, dosage requirement and filling process.
This version uses a BPA-NI inner lacquer, making it more suitable where BPA-free packaging credentials are important. The EPGL version uses an epoxy phenolic inner lacquer. Both versions should be tested with the customer’s formulation and chosen closure before production.
Yes. The bottle is made from aluminium, which can be recycled repeatedly without loss of quality.
Yes. The AL50NIGL-A is listed as in stock and available for rapid UK delivery.
Yes. BlueSky manages decoration for aluminium bottles. Two-colour printing on stocked bottles is available from 1,000 units, while more complex designs applied at point of manufacture typically start from 25,000 units.
