The 200ml Brushed Aluminium Bottle – PCR100, EPGL, 24/410 (AL200EPGL-EPCR100) is a mid-size aluminium bottle for brands that need a more sustainable pack format with flexible closure options. The bottle body is made from 100% post-consumer recycled aluminium, giving brands a measurable recycled-content claim alongside aluminium’s strong end-of-life recyclability. As an EPGL product, this bottle uses an epoxy phenolic inner lacquer, which helps create a protective barrier between the formulation and the aluminium body. This supports use with many liquids, creams, oils, alcohol-based products and water-based formulations, subject to compatibility testing with the selected closure and filling process.

The 24/410 neck gives this bottle broad compatibility across selected BlueSky closures, including atomisers, treatment pumps, lotion pumps, mini trigger sprayers, flip tops and screw caps. This allows brands to create sprayed, pumped, dispensed or capped products using the same recycled aluminium bottle body. This product is supplied on an MOQ and lead-time basis through BlueSky’s wider global supply chain.
