It is suitable for small-format personal care, beauty, wellness and home care liquids, including skincare oils, serums, hair treatments, fragrance mists, room sprays and cleaning formulations. It may also be suitable for selected beverage-adjacent or food-adjacent liquids, subject to compatibility testing.
Yes. The product code AL125NIGL-A includes NIGL, which means the bottle uses a BPA-NI inner lacquer. BPA is not used in the lacquer formulation.
The bottle has a 24/410 neck and can be paired with selected BlueSky pumps, atomisers, mini trigger sprayers and screw caps. The best closure depends on the formulation, viscosity, dosage requirement and filling process.
Yes. The product is currently listed as in stock and available for rapid delivery. It is also shown as part of BlueSky’s core product range with continuous stock.
Yes. The bottle is made from aluminium, which can be recycled repeatedly without loss of quality.
This version uses a BPA-NI inner lacquer, making it more suitable where BPA-free packaging credentials are important. EPGL bottles use an epoxy phenolic inner lacquer. Both versions should be tested with your formulation and chosen closure before production.
Yes. BlueSky manages decoration for aluminium bottles. Two-colour printing on stocked bottles is available from 1,000 units, while more complex designs applied at point of manufacture typically start from 25,000 units.
