100ml Brushed Aluminium Bottle from BlueSky. A compact recyclable aluminium bottle with 24/410 neck and epoxy phenolic inner lacquer, compatible with selected pumps, atomisers, mini trigger sprayers, and screw caps.

Yes. The product code AL100EPGL includes EPGL, which indicates an epoxy phenolic inner lacquer. This helps separate suitable formulations from the aluminium body.
The bottle has a 24/410 neck and can be paired with selected BlueSky pumps, atomisers, mini trigger sprayers and screw caps. Closure choice should be matched to the formulation, viscosity, dosage requirement and filling process.
This version uses an epoxy phenolic inner lacquer. The BPA-NI version uses a non-intent lacquer where BPA is not used in the lacquer formulation. Both versions should be tested with the customer’s formulation and chosen closure before production.
Yes. The bottle is made from aluminium, which can be recycled repeatedly without loss of quality.
Yes. BlueSky manages decoration for aluminium bottles. Two-colour printing on stocked bottles is available from 1,000 units, while more complex designs applied at point of manufacture typically start from 25,000 units.
